PAVE - a panoramic view of emotions

We communicate and display our emotions in a variety of ways. The project followed hundreds of participants, examining how way they see and communicate their own emotions, how their friends, lovers or family members see their emotions, and how their emotions are reflected in their behavior as captured through smartphone mobile sensing.

Inter-Brain Synchrony in Psychotherapy

One of the key processes in psychotherapy is the development of a positive relationship between therapists and patients, which leads to general improvements in patients’ interpersonal relationship. We try to capture this dynamic biologically by capturing brain activity during psychotherapy sessions.
